Harjaap Sahota

Litigation Counsel

Harjaap Sahota is Litigation Counsel at Sidhu Tannenbaum Shokar Law, where he practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes, offering practical, cost-effective solutions and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.

Harjaap earned his J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. During law school, he gained valuable advocacy experience at the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic and Business Law Clinic, and was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada, the Conflict Analytics Lab, and national moot competitions.

Prior to law, Harjaap was a small business owner and active community volunteer, experiences that continue to shape his client-focused and strategic approach to practice.
